TERMS OF BUSINESS
Payment of Invoices
- All accounts are due on the invoice date or the previous business
day if the due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
- No payment will be deemed to have been made until we have received
cleared funds.
- Cash payments can only be accepted between the hours of 8.30
a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
- Late payments will attract interest at 10% per month, calculated
daily, on all over due accounts.
- Failure to pay the monthly storage charge will result in the
customer being denied access to their unit and the contents will
subsequently be sold by public auction to recover any losses incurred
by J & S.C Brough.
Collection of overdue Accounts
Any cost incurred by J & S.C Brough in connection with the collection of overdue accounts will be payable by the customer. These costs will include charges levied by a Third Party and be subject to a surcharge.
VAT
VAT must be paid as invoiced
Invoices
Invoices are considered to be accepted, unless notification is received within 7 days of receipt.
